Sounds like a legless headless chicken which will conveniently be loaned a head when the Mayor needs to push through a pet project - no pun intended! (Sports Park, Long Lakes.) Those in the building industry as my son is know all about the HDC's lack of momentum when genuine consent applications are put before them - projects are so long awaiting consent they fall over putting applicants out of pocket. NCC on the other hand is very efficient at getting applications processed in a reasonable time frame. What is the difference? How will an unbalanced advosory panel witout head or legs (unless conveniently loaned them )make a difference? (Rhetorical question.) Oh Yeah!!!
